Job summary

Witco, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Direct Support Professional for graveyard shift in our residential home settings.

DSPs improve residents' independence by providing care and support, including help with mobility, meals, personal care, and accompanying residents to appointments. Responsibilities include maintaining safe, comfortable living environments, assisting with daily tasks, and supporting residents in achieving their full potential within a not-for-profit human service organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Criminal history check and fingerprinting clearance required for Oregon and Idaho.
• Pre-hire drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Establish safe living conditions in residential/group homes.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Provide in-home support such as meal prep, mobility assistance, and doctor visits.
• Support independence and community access.
