Job description

Dunkin' Donuts Baskin Robbins located in South Euclid, OH is looking for motivated crew members who enjoy working in a fast and fun‑paced environment.

This position is for graveyard shift, applicants must be available to work overnight. Typical shifts are from 11 pm to 6 am.

Responsibilities

• Making guests your top priority and ensuring guests are satisfied with their Dunkin' Donuts experience
• Delivering quality food and beverages to guests
• Adhering to scheduled hours and arriving on time for each shift. Availability must include working overnight.
• Communicating and working as a team with your fellow crew member to expedite and enhance guests' experiences
• Working with your fellow crew member to maintain clean work areas

You and another crew member will be responsible for serving guests through the drive‑thru during the graveyard shift. This includes preparing all food, drinks and ice cream products for guests in a timely manner and providing exceptional customer service. You and a fellow crew member will be responsible for maintaining a clean work space and preparing the store for the morning shift.
