Job summary

Thatcher Co of California, Sacramento, is hiring a Chemical Mix Operator for the graveyard shift (8:30pm to 5:00am). Base pay is $23-$25 per hour, with shift differential. 3rd shift duties include production, blending, loading and unloading of plant chemicals, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of experience, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Background check and pre-employment drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of prior work experience preferred.
• Willing to submit to background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Produce and mix chemicals as needed.
• Understand and operate plant equipment and processes.
• Load/unload tanks, rail cars, tanker trailers, and containers.
• Operate pumps, mixers, and blenders; keep work area clean.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain PPE compliance.
• Read, write and understand English for safety and operations.
