Job summary

Thatcher Company of ND – Glendive, MT is seeking a Plant Operator for graveyard shifts. You will be responsible for production, blending, loading and unloading all plant chemicals while maintaining a safe, clean work area. Shift: Graveyard.

Schedule includes Saturday to Monday 5:00PM–5:00AM and Tue 5:00PM–11:00PM. Ideal candidates will read and follow instructions, have 2–3 years in manufacturing, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and proficiency with PPE handling.

Qualifications

• Desire and demonstrated ability to work safely and promote safe practices.
• Be quality conscious.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Produce and mix chemicals as needed.
• Operate plant equipment and processes.
• Load and unload tanks, rail cars, tanker trailers, and other containers.
• Lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Operate pumps, mixers, and blenders; use forklift.
• Keep work area clean; perform light maintenance.
