Job summary

PKWY Centennial LLC in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a bartender to make and serve drinks while delivering friendly, engaging, and superior service. You will keep the bar area clean and stocked, and support fellow team members with shift duties.

You must understand recipes, maintain knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine, and be able to upsell menu items. The role requires English fluency and the ability to pass a Pour Test, with compliance to Southern Nevada Health District standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Previous bartender experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM, ACT, or other card).
• Must possess a valid Health Card issued by the Southern Nevada Health District.
• Must possess a valid LVMPD Non-Gaming/Sheriff’s Card.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide superior service.
• Prepare and pour drinks accurately for guests.
• Serve food and beverages following service standards.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stocked bar area.
• Restock bar products and assist in beverage receipt and storage.
• Handle transactions and provide receipts to guests.
• Market the venue by collecting guest information for marketing.
