GardaWorld Security Services in Portland, OR is seeking a part-time Response Security Officer to join our team. The role supports events and everyday security operations with a flexible schedule and the potential for additional shifts at other sites.

You will patrol, monitor premises, control access, and respond to incidents while delivering excellent customer service. This position requires eligibility to work in the U.S. and the ability to pass a thorough screening process.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills.
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• You have a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
