Job summary

The Ritedose Corporation in Columbia, SC is hiring a Material Handler/Truck Driver to move materials for packaging operations and prepare shipments. An CDL and forklift certification are required, with basic computer skills and a team-oriented approach. This is a graveyard shift position at the Columbia facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Commercial Driver License required.
• Fork lift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate/drive material handling equipment including narrow aisle lifts, stand up and sit down forklifts.
• Transportation of finished goods from outgoing packaging staging areas to the finished goods storage area
• Restocking of production raw materials from packaging to the warehouse
• Pick and stage production orders
• Pick finished product for shipment
• Load and unload trucks
• Verification and movement of all bulk totes and raw materials from the production staging area to the incoming staging area
• Empty tote breakdown and locating to staging area
• Follow written and verbal procedures as directed by the Warehouse Manager
• Follow the SOP’s, safety, health, and cGMP guidelines
• Drive company tractor trailer between the main plant and the warehouse
