Job summary

Harmons Grocery in Draper, Utah is hiring an Overnight Stocker to maintain quality, freshness and product assortment in the grocery department. You will receive, stock, rotate products, face shelves, take special orders and provide exceptional customer service.

Duties include ensuring pricing accuracy and signage, preserving inventory levels, building displays, and assisting the Grocery Manager with ordering to meet past and projected sales.

Responsibilities

• Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures
• Ensures the quality and freshness of all products and services provided by the grocery department
• Responsible for maintaining the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the grocery department
• Confirms pricing accuracy and signage for all products, paying particular attention to ad items
• Ensures the store is cleaned daily and meets the company standards for appearance
• Delivers excellent customer service to all customers
• Receives, stores and stocks a wide variety of products for the grocery department
• Pulls out of date product from the shelves
• Builds end-cap and other special product displays
• Assists Grocery Manager with ordering product to meet the needs of the store based on past and projected sales
• Completes assigned tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
• Sets a professional and positive example to others
• Assists as needed to ensure the success of the store as a whole

GENERAL PURPOSE:
