Job summary

Harrah's Resort Southern California in Valley Center, CA is seeking a full-time Cashier Attendant for Graveyard shifts at Corner Counter. You will provide fast, friendly service, process orders at the POS, handle cash, and maintain a clean, well-stocked front-of-house environment.

Experience in food service is preferred; strong multitasking and customer service skills are essential. The job requires flexible availability, adherence to safety and uniform standards, and the ability to greet guests

Qualifications

• Six months of previous experience working in a food service establishment preferred.
• Able to communicate in the major language of the workplace.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight and/or holidays.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and cash handling.
• Able to manage fast-paced, high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer and management.
• Efficiently process customer orders using the restaurant's POS system.
• Maintain cash register balances and accurately handle cash and card transactions.
• Ensure condiments, utensils, and supplies are stocked and available; assist in restocking.
• Know menu offerings and upsell to enhance the customer experience and sales.
• Follow safety policies, procedures, and uniform standards during each shift.
