Job summary

Turning Point Action is seeking a Field Outreach Coordinator to register new voters, recruit precinct committeemen and delegates, attend local GOP meetings, and build strong grassroots networks within the assigned territory.

The role involves importing and organizing data, conducting outreach to prospective members, giving oral presentations, representing the organization at events, developing get-out-the-vote plans, and networking on behalf of the movement with teamwork and persistence.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Register new voters, precinct committeemen and delegates within the assigned territory.
• Attend local GOP meetings and develop strong grassroots activist networks.
• Import and organize data, conduct outreach to prospective members, and deliver oral presentations.
• Represent the organization at events and conferences and develop GOTV plans.
• Network on behalf of the organization and work as part of a team to ensure program success.
