Turning Point Action is seeking a Field Representative to enhance grassroots activism and support voter registration in Philadelphia County. You will work closely with local GOP, organize data, and develop strong networks.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and a passion for conservative politics, facing a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities include outreach, presentations, and building voter mobilization strategies.

• Self starter and self motivated.
• Punctual and very responsive.

Responsibilities

• Work to register new voters and recruit precinct committeemen.
• Attend local GOP meetings and develop grassroots networks.
• Conduct outreach to prospective members and activists.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Knowledge of Google Drive

Passion for conservative politics and election work

Flexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic work environment
