Job summary

Threshold Giving is partnering with the Sierra Club to recruit monthly supporters through face-to-face conversations on streets, events, and neighborhoods. You’ll engage the public, share campaigns, and represent both Threshold Giving and the Sierra Club with passion and professionalism.

This full-time role offers competitive base pay ($20–$25/hour) with uncapped bonus opportunities, comprehensive training, and a supportive team environment. Weekend availability is required for some schedules.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for environmental protection and creating positive change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with the public daily.
• Reliable and self-motivated; prior sales/fundraising experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to complete two weeks of full-time training; weekend availability required for part-time schedules.
