Job summary

ManpowerGroup, in partnership with Ball Corporation, seeks a machine operator for the Graphics area in the Printing Department in Westminster, CO. The role is fast-paced and hands-on, with a 5 am – 5 pm shift and a 2‑2‑3 two-week rotation schedule.

Weekly pay is $20 per hour, with overtime at $30 per hour. The position involves operating print machines, producing printing plates, and maintaining safety and quality across processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical skills/aptitude and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Windows-based office software (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to prioritize and meet schedules in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Work with pre-press, client services and plants to ensure quality throughout.
• Operate graphics print machines in the Printing Department.
• Produce printing plates/blankets for product labels from files and packing lists.
• Clean up ink and assist with waste disposal during the shift.
• Maintain safe practices for plate packaging/shipping.
• Learn and use graphics management computer system.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
