Job summary

Horton Emergency Vehicles is seeking a detail-oriented installer to apply and remove vehicle graphics, decals, and large format wraps on ambulances and other emergency vehicles. You will work in shop and on-site, following precise measurements and quality standards to ensure durable, high-quality graphics.

The role requires familiarity with tools, ability to operate printers and laminators, and the stamina to meet production demands while maintaining safety on a fast-paced production floor in

Qualifications

• One-year experience in vehicle graphic installation.
• Ability to read and use linear and other measuring devices and take accurate measurements.
• High standards for quality control.
• Familiar with the safe operation of various tools including drills and screw guns.
• Previous experience in the sign industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install vehicle graphics and decals on various vehicles.
• Remove existing wraps or graphics from already wrapped vehicles when applicable.
• Apply large format graphics, perform weeding and cut vinyl application in shop and on site.
• Run printer, laminator, and perform other general duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Installation of various vehicle Graphics- Decals
• Removing existing wraps or graphics from already wrapped vehicles (when applicable)
• Apply large format graphics, weeding and applying cut vinyl in the shop and on site.
• Run printer, laminator, and other general duties.

Requirements

• One-year experience in vehicle graphic installation
• Ability to complete installs in an efficient and manner without sacrificing quality of work
• Ability to read and use linear and other measuring devices and take accurate measurements .
• High standards for quality control
• Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards.
• Familiar with the safe operation of various tools: including but not limited to drills, screw gun.
• Ability to use basic mathematics.
• Previous experience in the sign industry a plus.

• Ability to stand at stand at workstation for 10 hours a day
• Ability to safely use specified hand, air, power tools and machinery
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
• Ability to work with arms above head.
• Ability to work in noisy and dusty conditions.

While performing the duties of this job, employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. Employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particle and vibration.
