OOI The One in Minnesota seeks a skilled Graphics Designer to own our brand identity across touchpoints, from logos to marketing collateral and polished UI/UX interfaces.

You'll turn briefs into cohesive visual systems, perfect typography and layout, and deliver developer-ready designs in collaboration with the engineering team. Proficiency in Figma and experience building design systems are essential, with a portfolio proving your branding and web design capabilities.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional design experience with a strong branding and UI/UX portfolio.
• Strong typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy skills.
• Experience creating logos, brand identities, and guidelines from concept to completion.
• Proficiency in Figma and developer-ready UI handoffs.
• Experience collaborating with software teams and translating design into digital products.

Graphics Designer - Branding, Web Design & UI/UX

About the Role

At OOI The One, design is a strategic function - not an afterthought. As our Graphics Designer, you will own the visual identity of our brand across every touchpoint: from crafting compelling brand assets and marketing materials to building polished, user-friendly digital interfaces in close collaboration with our development team.

We are looking for a designer who thinks holistically - someone who can take a brief and turn it into a cohesive visual system, bring brand stories to life through thoughtful typography and layout, and deliver developer-ready UI designs that are both beautiful and functional.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain brand identities, including logos, brand guidelines, and marketing collateral.
• Design wireframes, user interfaces, and interactive prototypes for web and digital products.
• Build and manage design systems in Figma and produce developer-ready handoffs.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to translate designs into functional, responsive digital products.
• Create visual assets for digital campaigns, presentations, and social media.
• Ensure design consistency and visual hierarchy across all platforms and materials.
• Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, iterating quickly without losing quality.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, logo design, web design, and UI/UX projects.
• Strong eye for design - deep understanding of typography, colour, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
• Branding expertise: able to develop logos, brand identities, brand guidelines, and marketing materials from concept to completion.
• UI/UX proficiency: comfortable creating wireframes, user interfaces, prototypes, and user-friendly digital experiences.
• Advanced Figma skills - wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and developer-ready designs.li>
• Experience working alongside software development teams and translating designs into functional digital products.
• Solid web design knowledge: understanding of responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills - able to understand briefs, receive feedback constructively, and work effectively across teams.

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience creating design systems and brand guidelines for growing organisations.

A portfolio is required to be considered for this role.
