Job summary

BMW Shared Services invites applications for a full-time Spring Rotation internship in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, from January 11, 2027 through May 14, 2027. Interns will create dashboards, analyze data, ensure accuracy, and support automation initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Undergraduate students earn $25.30/hour and graduate students earn $32.20/hour; final rate depends on academic level. Must be enrolled and maintain transcripts; 36.25 hours/week and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master degree program at an accredited college or university.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
• Have completed at least 60 college credits or be a rising Junior.
• Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript.
• Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain business reports, dashboards, and analytics using Tableau and similar tools.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities supporting business decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy through validation, quality checks, and documentation updates.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests and help automate recurring reports.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to track progress of initiatives.
• Partner with IT to troubleshoot issues and improve reporting tools and workflows.
• Assist with AI and automation initiatives, including chatbot development and model training.
