Job summary

NIKE Retail Services is seeking a graphic design storyteller to shape NSW T‑Shirt graphics for Men’s and Women’s lines. You’ll develop narratives, visual systems, and consumer-driven expressions influenced by sport, culture, and lifestyle.

You will research consumer behavior, trends, and culture to translate insights into authentic design solutions and collaborate through the product creation process from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2+ years of graphic design experience.
• Strong understanding of contemporary design, fashion, sport, and cultural trends.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related digital design tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal graphic narratives and collections for NSW T-Shirts.
• Translate insights into compelling design solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from concept to production.
• Create presentation materials and communicate design rationale.
• Manage multiple projects with quality and alignment to Nike brand standards.
• Contribute to an inclusive design culture through feedback.
