Qualifications

2+ years of graphic design experience.
Strong understanding of contemporary design, fashion, sport, and cultural trends; translate insights into narratives and stories.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital design tools.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and cross-functional partners to advance the NSW T-Shirts graphic vision.
Partner across apparel design, product creation, merchandising, storytelling, and marketing to create graphic expressions that connect consumers to sport and Nike.
Develop seasonal graphic narratives, concept stories, and graphic collections for Men's and Women's NSW T-Shirt products.
Translate consumer and cultural insights into design solutions and move concepts into production.
Build seasonal storytelling frameworks, graphic narratives, and coordinated collections.
Research consumer behavior, cultural movements, visual trends, and marketplace dynamics to identify opportunities.
