We are seeking a skilled and motivated Graphic Sign Installer to join our team at Signarama Lancaster, serving Lancaster, Reading, and Camp Hill in Central PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation Excellence: Safely and accurately install a variety of signage, from window graphics to large exterior signs, ensuring each meets our high standards and client expectations.
• Technical Proficiency: Utilize and maintain tools and equipment required for proper installation, including bucket truck, ladders, drills, and other hand tools.
• Site Assessment: Evaluate installation sites to ensure proper fitting and positioning of signage, making adjustments as necessary for optimal visibility and durability.
• Customer Interaction: Work directly with clients during installations, providing a professional service experience and addressing any onsite concerns.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the design and production teams to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.
• Typical Day Schedule: 7:45 am – arrival and preparation; 8:00 am – team meeting; 8:30–9:00 am – tool/material prep; 9:00 am–4:00 pm – travel and installation; 4:00–4:30 pm – reorganize and prepare for next day. 4 × 10‑hour days are an option if preferred.
