Job summary

Signarama in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Sign Installer to join our field team. You will safely install a range of signage at customer sites, from window graphics to exterior signs, upholding our high standards and client expectations.

You will use and maintain hand and power tools, work with clients, and coordinate with design and production teams. Physical fitness and the ability to lift 80 lbs and climb ladders are required; part-time availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sign installation or related field preferred.
• Problem-solving ability and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Physically fit to handle manual tasks including lifting over 80 lbs and climbing ladders.
• Must be able to operate Bucket Truck for Sign Installation.
• Must be open to Part-Time only.

Responsibilities

• Install a variety of signage safely and accurately at customer sites.
• Use and maintain hand and power tools required for installation.
• Assess sites to ensure proper fitting and durability of signs.
• Interact with customers during installations and address onsite concerns.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to meet specs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation Excellence: Safely and accurately install a variety of signage, from window graphics to large exterior signs, ensuring each meets our high standards and client expectations.
• Technical Proficiency: Utilize and maintain tools and equipment required for proper installation, including ladders, drills, and other hand tools.
• Site Assessment: Evaluate installation sites to ensure proper fitting and positioning of signage, making adjustments as necessary for optimal visibility and durability.
• Customer Interaction: Work directly with clients during installations, providing a professional service experience and addressing any onsite concerns.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the design and production teams to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.
