Breakneck Studio is seeking a skilled graphic designer and video editor to drive performance marketing creatives across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You will research trends, craft engaging ads, and pitch concepts with a fast, high-volume output while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

• Proven graphic design and video editing experience for performance marketing.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and Figma or equivalent.
• Understanding of what makes Meta and TikTok ads perform.
• Strong visual storytelling with attention to pacing and detail.
• Curious about applying AI to creative work.
• Ability to work independently and own projects.
• Clear communication in English and Lithuanian.
• Thrives in a feedback-rich environment.

Responsibilities

• Create ad creatives for Meta, Google and TikTok (static and short-form video).
• Research competitor ads, platform trends and customer language.
• Build video ads that engage in the first 3 seconds and drive clicks.
• Use motion to clarify an ad’s message when needed.
• Pitch concepts and ideas, not just briefs.
• Produce high-volume work without compromising standards.

We expect you to

• Have proven experience in graphic design and video editing for performance marketing
• Be skilled in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and Figma - or equivalent tools
• Understand what makes Meta and TikTok ads perform
• Be a visual storyteller with a feel for pacing and a sharp eye for detail
• Be curious about how AI can be applied to creative work
• Work independently and take ownership of your projects
• Communicate clearly in English and Lithuanian

Salary

Gross salary range is 2600 - 3000 EUR/month.

Location

We have several great workspaces to choose from, including our headquarters in Vilnius and our hubs in Klaipėda and Riga. For our Vilnius office, we follow a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model. For roles based outside Vilnius, the work arrangement -onsite, hybrid, or remote-depends on the specific position.
