Job summary

Gold Medal Products Co. is seeking a creative Graphic & Digital Designer to join our team.

You will work under the Art Director, collaborating with the Marketing Team to craft high-quality visuals for digital and print, social media, packaging, photography, video, and trade show assets. You will design marketing materials, create social content and emails, manage product photography/video, and ensure brand consistency across all projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; basic HTML knowledge for minor updates.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including flyers, print and digital ads, brochures, presentations, and more.
• Create engaging social media content, email designs, and website assets.
• Product photography and video content for social media and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and sales to execute design needs.
• Maintain brand consistency and standards across all projects with a high standard of quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with print vendors to ensure final products meet design specifications.
• Assist with company events and event planning as assigned
• Other miscellaneous support functions as assigned

As The Fun Food Authority, we are looking for a creative Graphic & Digital Designer to join our team and bring our brand to life through impactful visual designs.

About This Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic & Digital Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Under the direction of the Art Director, this role will collaborate with the Marketing Team to create high-quality designs that align with our brand and engage our audience across multiple platforms. You will work on a variety of projects, including digital and print materials, social media content, product packaging, photography, video, trade show assets, and more.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design marketing materials such as flyers, print and digital ads, brochures, presentations, and more.
• Create engaging social media content, email designs, and website assets to enhance brand presence and connect with customers.
• Product photography and video content for social media and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and sales to execute design needs.
• Maintain brand consistency and standards across all projects with a high standard of quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with print vendors to ensure final products meet design specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design (in-house or agency experience preferred).
• Proficient-Expert in Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic knowledge of HTML and ability to make minor website content updates
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools to support ideation, content creation, and workflow efficiency.
• Experience with product photography and video
• Experience with UX design a plus
• Strong understanding of design principles, branding, typography, and layout.
• Experience in digital and print design with knowledge of file preparation for production.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to balance creativity with business goals and maintain brand integrity
