You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, bring a dynamic “can‑do” attitude, and are passionate about creating high‑quality designs that resonate with audiences. You'll work closely with our marketing team to bring our brand vision to life through compelling visuals.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Design and execute digital assets, including web designs, email campaigns, social media graphics, Meta ads, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop creative concepts that align with business goals and maintain brand consistency.
  • Create mood boards, shot lists, and visual concepts for upcoming projects and campaigns.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to keep our creative output innovative and relevant.
  • Support photo/video production efforts as needed.
The Team

Our team consists of over 170 members located across the United States. With a shared commitment and passion for innovation, we prioritize user‑friendly designs and exceptional quality. Every day, we are dedicated to designing, creating, manufacturing, and delivering craft products to our enthusiastic makers worldwide.

If you're excited about this role but don't meet every single requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway. We know the best teams are built by people who bring curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a love for what they do.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience, with expertise in digital design and exposure to print design/production in consumer products.

  • Experience or interest in the craft industry a plus.

We ask that all candidates showcase a diverse portfolio with high‑quality digital designs.
