Role & responsibilities

1. Utilize advanced photo editing techniques to cut out subjects, change or blur backgrounds, and merge multiple subjects together

2. Perform photo corrections, including lens correction, perspective cropping, retouching, color correction, enhancing, and resizing

3. Create engaging graphic content for social media, website blogs, and landing pages

4. Produce creative videos and reels for social media, aligning with our marketing strategy

5. Maintain and update the creative library in accordance with the social media calendar

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet marketing strategies

7. Assist in the creation of digital assets for a variety of platforms, including website banners, promotional emails, and advertising campaigns

8. Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas

9. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-5 years of hands‑on experience in graphic design, photo editing, and video editing.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar professional design and editing tools.
• Excellent Photoshop skills, especially in image cut‑outs, background replacement, photo merging, retouching, color correction, and image enhancement.
• Experience creating social media posts, reels, website banners, email creatives, blog graphics, and digital advertising assets.
• Good understanding of visual composition, typography, color, spacing, and current social media design trends.
• Ability to edit short‑form videos and reels with clean transitions, text overlays, music, and engaging pacing.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency across different creatives and platforms.
• Comfortable working with briefs, feedback, and multiple revisions while meeting deadlines.
• Able to understand marketing objectives and convert them into effective visual concepts.
• Self‑motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently in a permanent work-from-home environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with the marketing team.
