Qualifications

• Degree in graphic design or closely related field.
• Ideally 2–7 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Portfolio showcasing typography, layout, and branding.
• Experience designing for print and digital media.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Interest in travel, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality brochures, invitations, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Create logos, event branding, and visual identities for incentive travel programs.
• Develop destination marketing materials for exceptional locations around the world.
• Design event signage, welcome materials, itineraries, and custom merchandise.
• Create digital graphics, email communications, and client-facing presentations.
• Collaborate with team to take concepts from idea to final production.
• Coordinate with outside printers, production vendors, and promo suppliers.
