Job summary

Redwire Space, Inc. is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to turn ideas into visuals that inform, inspire, and elevate our brand.

This remote role collaborates with technical teams and cross-functional partners to deliver consistent design across presentations and print materials. You will own end-to-end design for campaigns and events, build a library of reusable visuals, manage external designers, and translate complex topics into accessible, engaging visuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma is a plus.
• Experience with presentation design in PowerPoint; knowledge of Keynote, Canva, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to communicate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to concept and execute assets including presentations, web content, infographics, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and campaign materials.
• Develop and maintain a library of reusable visual assets across platforms.
• Manage external designers and vendors as needed.
• Own end-to-end design and production of print materials for conferences and events.
• Produce dynamic digital assets for marketing campaigns.
• Translate complex topics into accessible visuals and narratives.
• Provide creative direction and storytelling across formats.
• Stay current on design trends and best practices to advance the brand.
