Job summary

Flapen is seeking an experienced Amazon Graphic Designer to craft high-converting visuals for private-label brands. You’ll own listing images, A+ content, Brand Stores, and Sponsored Ads, shaping how customers see and buy our products on Amazon.

You should have a strong portfolio of Amazon/eCommerce design, be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma, and thrive in a fast-paced, async environment.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing Amazon/eCommerce design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva and Figma.
• Deep knowledge of Amazon creative best practices for product listings, A+ content, Sponsored Ads, and Brand Stores.
• Passion for clean, high-impact design—custom over templates.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, async team.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and great with deadlines.
• Enthusiasm for using AI tools in the creative process.

Responsibilities

• Design compelling Amazon product listings that increase conversions.
• Create Premium A+ Content, Brand Stores, and Brand Stories for mobile & desktop.
• Design eye-catching Sponsored Brand Ads and PPC creatives.
• Develop packaging designs and brand identity assets (logos, color palettes, etc.).
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative touchpoints.
• Manage multiple projects at once while delivering on-time and on-brand.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers, Photographers, and Ops to align visuals with strategy.
