  • Potentially assist with light motion/video or presentation animation.
  • Design client presentations and pitch decks.
  • Manage high-volume production and adaptation, including resizing campaigns and updating copy/images.
  • Build multiple versions of assets and formatting decks.
  • Prepare print-ready files and implement last-minute client changes without compromising quality.

About The Opportunity

We are seeking a production-oriented designer who thrives on bringing creative visions to life with unparalleled precision and speed. In this pivotal role, you will be the trusted expert, taking initial concepts and directions from the creative team and applying your keen design judgment to produce strong, final products. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure every design not only meets but exceeds expectations for quality and brand consistency, directly contributing to the success of high-profile campaigns and brand initiatives. You will be instrumental in transforming creative concepts into stunning, on-brand deliverables that resonate with audiences and achieve strategic objectives. This role involves an average of 10 hours of work per week, with some weeks potentially reaching up to 30 hours. We require availability for meetings and calls during a portion of business hours for at least two weekdays, with project turnaround times varying from 24 hours for urgent tasks to 3-4 days for others. Ideally, you would have the flexibility to be available for occasional collaboration for larger project kick-offs or team reviews.

What availability do we need?

Hours per week, whether they need to be reachable during our business day for calls and reviews, how much notice we can realistically give them, and how long we’d book them for.

  • Average 10 hours a week, with availability for meetings/calls during a portion of business hours for at least 2 weekdays. Some projects may need a turnaround in 24 hours, others may be 3-4 days. Ideally they could come into the office for one half day (Tuesday or Wednesday), or at least be able to have the flexibility to do that for larger project kick offs or team reviews.
