RRD in Wheeling, WV is seeking a Presentations Associate to provide presentation services for our clients. The role is hybrid with a 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. schedule, Monday through Friday.

The position requires high school completion and at least 1 year of presentations experience, with strong MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite skills. You will create pitch books, edit materials, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding quality and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year presentations experience preferred in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong typing and keyboarding skills.
• Familiar with Adobe PDF & Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide presentation services for clients.
• Use logs/tracking software for all presentation work.
• Create/edit pitch books and materials to support client branding.
• Coordinate intake/workflow and ensure task completion.
• Edit, proof, and format documents to client satisfaction.
• Proficiently use equipment/software/hardware necessary for job functions.
• Communicate with team, supervisor, or client about deadlines.
• Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery.
• Troubleshoot basic software/hardware issues.

RRD is hiring for a Presentations Associate working a Hybrid schedule from our Wheeling, WV office!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

The Presentation Associate position is responsible for providing presentation services for our clients.

• *Utilize appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all presentation work
• *Thoroughly assess job request and ensure appropriate completion of job tasks throughout task lifecycle
• *Perform work in presentation design, including, but not limited to creating pitch books and materials, creating, editing, and error correcting multiple document types to support the client’s brand; intake and workflow coordination functions, as needed
• *Use established procedures, standards and formats to edit, proof, create, or otherwise complete presentation requests to client satisfaction
• *Demonstrate proficiency in using equipment/technology/software and hardware necessary to perform job functions
• *Communicate with team members, lead, supervisor or client on job or deadline concerns
• *Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery to our clients
• *Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems
• Help to foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with the client
• Perform Quality Assurance on own work and/or work of others, as requested
• Adhere to Williams Lea Tag policies, in addition to client policies
• Use equipment and supplies in a cost efficient manner

• Skilled in the use MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio as examples); strong keyboarding and typing skills
• Familiar with other software programs for editing and/or creating documents; specifically, Adobe PDF & Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop as examples)
• Strong attention to detail; able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to apply intermediate requisite knowledge of appropriate grammar, spelling, composition to work requests
• Must have good organizational skills
• Must be able to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner
• Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
• Able to exercise good judgment to make decisions that conform to business needs and policy
• Good problem solving skills, with the ability and understanding of when to elevate a problem to a supervisory level
• Ability to maintain professional composure when working with immediate deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing

The rate of pay for this role at the noted RRD location is $18.25-25.53/ hour. Typically, roles follow step
progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourlyrate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shiftdifferential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
