Changing Lives Productions LLC, the in-house video production arm of Dhar Mann Studios, seeks a talented Graphic Designer to craft high-quality pitch decks as a contractor. You will design for live presentations and PDFs, collaborating with brand stakeholders to ensure clarity and persuasive storytelling.

You’ll translate strategic messages into visual journeys, create infographics and data visuals, and deliver fast turnarounds across formats.

BIG PICTURE:

Dhar Mann Studios is seeking a talented Graphic Designer who specializes in creating high-quality pitch deck presentations. The ideal candidate has a strong design background, an eye for visual storytelling, and the ability to deliver polished decks that are both persuasive and visually compelling. This role requires someone who can work as a dedicated contractor on our projects, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and meet tight deadlines with quick turnarounds.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Design and deliver clean, polished layouts for both live presentations and PDF distribution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine content flow and ensure clarity, impact, and persuasiveness.
• Translate strategic messaging into compelling visual storytelling that resonates with audiences.
• Create infographics, data visualizations, and emotional design elements to enhance storytelling.
• Ensure all designs maintain a modern, sophisticated aesthetic that communicates trust and ambition.
• Provide fast turnarounds and revisions within stipulated timelines to meet project deadlines.
• Test decks for consistency, readability, and technical quality across multiple formats.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• 1. Technical Design Expertise
  • Strong command of design software: PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma (or similar).
  • Ability to produce professional, presentation-ready layouts optimized for multiple formats.
• 2. Sales Deck Structuring & Storytelling
  • Deep understanding of persuasive deck structure: clear opening, narrative arc, supporting evidence, and strong close.
  • Skilled in refining slide content for maximum clarity and impact.
  • Ability to collaborate on messaging and craft a visual journey aligned with strategic goals.
• 3. Visual Storytelling & Emotional Design
  • Modern, sophisticated design aesthetic that conveys trust and ambition.
  • Ability to leverage imagery, typography, and layout to tell an emotional story—not just decorate slides.
  • Experienced in designing infographics and data visuals, with the judgment to know when to simplify.
• 4. Turnaround & Commitment
  • Ability to provide quick turnarounds and revisions within deadlines.
  • Dedicated to supporting ongoing projects with fast, high-quality delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

A designer with experience working with large brands, who combines technical skill with storytelling vision. Someone who can, not only make slides look beautiful, but also ensure they sell ideas, persuade audiences, and inspire action.

WHO OVERSEES YOU:

This role reports to the Brand Partnerships department

WHERE IT ALL GOES DOWN:

This Graphic Designer will work remotely from home or personal office and will be required to utilize Changing Lives Productions time tracking software to log and submit work hours

WHEN THE MAGIC HAPPENS:

This contractor engagement typically follows Monday - Friday West Coast US hours. Details will be discussed during the interview
