Job summary

Gen is hiring a versatile Graphic Designer for its Global Partner Marketing team in Tempe, AZ. You will craft visual assets for digital campaigns, events, emails, and landing pages, collaborating with marketers and stakeholders to translate briefs into compelling visuals.

The role emphasizes AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation while upholding brand integrity, with hybrid work and opportunities to grow in a global marketing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience in marketing.
• Portfolio required.
• Experience supporting global marketing is a plus.
• Experience with brand guidelines across multiple products/brands.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging visual assets across digital, print, web, email, social media, presentations, paid advertising, and partner marketing campaigns.
• Design event materials including booth graphics, signage, presentations, promotional collateral, and other in-person experiences.
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital distribution while ensuring quality, consistency, and technical accuracy.
• Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and stakeholders to translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions.
• Design, build, test, and deploy marketing emails and landing pages using HubSpot and Salesforce Pardot.
• Leverage AI-powered creative and productivity tools to accelerate concept development, generate design variations, improve workflows, and enhance creative output while maintaining brand integrity.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, design trends, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to improve team efficiency and creative excellence.
