Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field.
• Strong portfolio of design work across branding, print and digital.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory and layout.
• Experience designing for both print and digital media.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and designs for marketing collateral: brochures, flyers, social media, logos, ads.
• Create layouts for print and digital media that align with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and designs for various marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, logos, and advertisements.
• Create visually appealing layouts for digital and print media.
• Collaborate with clients and the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and technologies.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Present design concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams.
• Edit and retouch images as needed.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience designing for both print and digital media.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Experience with motion graphics or UI/UX design is a plus.
