Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience with strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics for marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, social posts, banners, and presentations.
• Ensure designs are on-brand, aesthetically pleasing, and communicative.
• Collaborate with marketing to understand project requirements.
• Adapt designs based on feedback and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a consistent visual style across materials.
• Contribute to development of new visual concepts and ideas.
