About The Role:

As a Graphic Designer for CBRE’s NY Consulting Group, you will join our creative team to develop bespoke digital and printed materials in an exciting, fast-paced environment, working with some of New York’s top commercial real estate leaders.

This job is part of the Graphic Design job function. They are responsible for developing creative that aligns with the organization's image, identity, and brands.

What You'll Do:

* Creates custom digital and print materials for clients including pitch books (print and digital), proposals, offering memorandums, infographics, and 2D/3D maps.
* Translates text-heavy information and financial data into compelling visuals to best support targeted business objectives
* Works with high-level executives, associates and financial analysts to gather information that informs a creative and tailored approach to client deliverables
* Takes direction from Creative Director as it relates to approaching projects efficiently and prioritizing competing tasks
* Proactively communicates with Creative Director on project scope and status
* Develops, manages and enforces compliance of shared group processes and standards, including asset creation and creative resource management
