Job summary

Big Sky Resort is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join the marketing team and help craft compelling creative for on‑site and off‑site channels. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments to produce cohesive visuals for campaigns, signage, and promotional materials.

The role requires a portfolio, a graphic design degree, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and MS Office. A collaborative, proactive approach and a passion for the outdoors are valued at Big Sky.

Qualifications

• Portfolio submission required prior to interview.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Figma with ability to learn new tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaborate across teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with great organization and time management.
• Pride in a positive, proactive work ethic; passion for outdoors encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manage design projects for internal departments (F&B, Lodging, Retail, Mountain Sports, etc.).
• Lead design and execution of resort signage and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan seasonal campaigns.
• Design assets for email, social media, website, PR, sales, and paid media.
• Manage print vendor relationships and purchase orders.
• Support team with community events and external design partners as needed.
