Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio across digital, print, and marketing-focused design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with motion graphics is a plus.
• Experience designing for social media, digital advertising, email marketing, and print production.
• Strong branding principles; ability to translate marketing objectives into visual campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials for concerts, conventions, sports, and community events.
• Create digital ads, social graphics, email assets, website visuals, posters, flyers, signage, and branded materials.
• Collaborate with marketing to support event promotions and audience engagement.
• Maintain brand consistency across channels and campaigns.
• Assist with photo editing, layout, asset organization, and campaign management.
• Handle rapid-turnaround creative requests for events in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
