Job summary

Progressive is seeking a graphic designer to create visual solutions supporting learning, communication, and employee engagement within the Claims organization. You will partner with instructional designers, learning consultants, video specialists, and business partners to transform complex information into clear, engaging experiences that enhance understanding and drive performance.

You’ll also support and maintain the Claims organization’s internal brand through creative consultation, event

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years in instructional design/development, media design, video production, graphic design software, e-learning, programming, or related experience.
Or Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year in instructional design/development, media design, video production, graphic design software, e-learning, programming, or related experience.

Responsibilities

Create visual solutions that support learning, communication, and employee engagement across the Claims organization.
Partner with instructional designers, learning consultants, video specialists, and business partners to transform complex information into clear, engaging experiences.
Shape the effectiveness of learning media, internal communications, and employee experiences.
