04. The Role : Graphic Designer

We're seeking a talented designer to join our creative team and help us continue delivering exceptional work for our diverse client base.

Responsibilities :

• Create compelling web designs and front-end layouts using XD or Figma
• Develop print materials including mailers, brochures, and booklets
• Produce illustrations and brand identity elements
• Collaborate with account managers, developers, and other team members
• Ensure all designs meet client specifications and brand guidelines
• Maintain project timelines and communicate progress effectively

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of experience at a marketing agency or similar environment
• Recent graduates considered if they have relevant student design experience and an outstanding portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience with XD and / or Figma
• Strong understanding of both print and digital design principles
• Self-motivated work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects
• Portfolio demonstrating versatility and creativity

Test Project : Qualified candidates will complete a paid test project

Target Start Date : Position to be filled by the end of May 2025

Work Arrangement : Fully remote option available; In-person option at our Downs, KS office

Remote employees must be willing to travel to our office in Downs, KS at least once a year. Occasional business travel may be required (all accommodations provided by Brush Art)

Employment Option : Contract work with future potential for salaried position with benefits

Pay : $30-$40 / hour based on experience

Minimum 30 hours per week
