Overview

Job Title: Graphic Designer II

Job Description

We are seeking a multidisciplinary designer who blends strong visual design foundations with the capability to extend ideas into presentations, social content, and lightweight motion graphics. This role is ideal for a mid-career professional with 3 to 7 years of experience, offering growth potential. You will collaborate closely with our Digital & Creative Lead and Product Marketing Leads, and engage with external vendors for advanced video or 3D needs.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate daily with content leads, marketers, and subject-matter experts across the organization.
  • Brand Design (30%): Create infographics, one-pagers, icons, booth graphics, and web imagery using AI, Photoshop, and Figma.
  • Presentation Design (25%): Develop PowerPoint/Slides templates, C-suite decks, on-brand charts, and animation cues.
  • Social & Digital (25%): Produce static and lightweight animated posts, banners, and email GIFs.
  • Motion/Video (20%): Edit 15–60 second videos, explainers, reels, kinetic type, and simple talking-head edits.
Essential Skills
  • 3–7 years of professional design experience across brand, digital, and motion.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere) and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency with Canva or a similar templated design/video platform for rapid creation of social graphics, presentation assets, and light motion deliverables.
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma or Sketch.
  • Ability to distill complex or technical topics into clear, engaging visuals.
  • Familiarity with social-platform specifications and optimization.
  • Video fundamentals including editing and typography-in-motion.
  • Strong project-management and version-control habits.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or equivalent.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with DaVinci Resolve or similar video editing software.
  • Exposure to Medtech, healthcare, or life sciences industries is advantageous but not required.
  • Portfolio requirements to be considered: 3 brand visuals, 1 presentation deck, 2 social media examples, 1 motion/video reel.
Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, allowing for a flexible working environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Raleigh, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $63,500.00 - $90,750.00/yr.
