Job summary

Hybrid Apparel is seeking a graphic designer to support the SBU3 / Branded Graphics team, focusing on Female Outdoor brands. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, contributing artwork from concept through print-ready files.

Ideal candidate has strong typography, color, and hand skills; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while supporting brand and retail partners.

Qualifications

• BFA in graphic design or equivalent related work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign a plus.
• Excellent typography, color, and composition.
• Follow design briefs and create sellable, trend-right art from scratch.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide graphics for Female outdoor brands on a weekly basis.
• Prepare artwork for sizing, print, and CAD.
• Follow all established operating procedures.
• Trend research and shopping reports.
• Collaborate with the graphics team on projects.
