We're seeking a Graphic Designer with a sharp creative eye, strong fundamentals, and experience designing high-performing creative, primarily for email marketing — with a bonus if you also have experience in paid media (social ads).

Design high-impact email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty.
Collaborate with copywriters, senior designers, and account teams to ideate and execute creative that delivers results.
Adapt designs across multiple client brands, balancing quality and speed while maintaining consistency and brand integrity.
Context-switch fluidly between multiple client accounts, delivering outstanding creative under varying brand guidelines and timelines.
Own the full creative execution for your accounts, from initial concept through final delivery.
Contribute to paid media creative (static designs, paid ads, etc.) when needed — a big plus if you already have this experience!
Participate in creative reviews, accept feedback professionally, and implement revisions thoughtfully.
3+ years of visual design experience (agency or multi-client freelance experience preferred).
Strong foundation in graphic design principles, especially typography and layout.
Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop and Figma (required).
Experience working with branding systems and developing creative within brand guidelines.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and file management processes.
Motion design or animation skills are a plus.
Familiarity with paid social creative best practices (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok ads) is a plus.
Proficient in Slack and ClickUp (or similar communication and project management tools).
Exceptional English communication skills — written, verbal, and comprehension — a must.
Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, fast-paced, collaborative environment, available during standard working hours in the Americas (required).
