JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Outdoor Living Unlimited in Madison, Wisconsin. This role is perfect for a design professional with a passion for creating visually engaging content and transforming ideas into impactful designs. As

Location - Madison, Wisconsin (in-person)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
• Design and produce CAD drawings to assist Sales Representatives in customer
presentations.
• Create and maintain a professional atmosphere for the showroom.
• Ensure showroom displays are cleaned and organized.
• Provide walk-in customers with accurate product and service information, supported by
training.
• Collect customer information and collaborate with sales representatives on project
requirements.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, fostering a friendly environment.
• Assist with special projects such as events and display changes.
• Back up Showroom Coordinator by handling general office duties such as answering the
phone, filing, scanning, and copying.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Some CAD software experience
• Requires excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with
employees and customers
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with some direction
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Capable of setting and meeting priorities in a fast-paced environment

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
• A bachelor's degree and/or technical degree in Graphic Design, or similar field is
required.
• Additionally, 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, or related roles.
• New graduates with suitable experience encouraged to apply.
