Job summary

RTB House is seeking a mid-level graphic designer to craft static and animated banners for digital campaigns. You will design ads, co-create marketing solutions, and collaborate across sales, customer service, and technical teams while maintaining a consistent visual identity.

Location: Poland. The role offers long-term B2B or mandate contract options and opportunities to work on innovative marketing technology projects for top brands.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in digital advertising design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, esp. Photoshop.
• Basic HTML5 and CSS3; JavaScript knowledge.
• Familiarity with Adobe Animate.
• Strong aesthetics, creativity and communication.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Good organization and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Experience with Key Visual creation and animation in After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
