Job summary

ComPsych is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its award-winning design team. You’ll create internal and external communications, print and digital assets, and support 60% of the Fortune 500 in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll collaborate with a team to ensure brand consistency, produce high-quality visuals, and mentor others on current design trends and tools. This role is office-based in a collaborative corporate setting with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of graphic design experience in a collaborative team setting.
• Bachelor’s degree; BFA preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office; strong PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience on Mac and PC platforms.
• Storytelling through video is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Use Adobe Creative Suite to customize templated communications and develop engaging, custom PowerPoint presentations.
• Produce ComPsych-branded materials using corporate templates.
• Manage internal client relationships and provide clear, timely updates on job status and delivery dates.

Primary Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Customize and Create: Use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) to customize templated communications and develop engaging, custom PowerPoint presentations.
• Production Powerhouse: Focus 80% of your time on producing ComPsych‑branded materials using our corporate templates.
• Client Collaboration: Manage internal client relationships, providing clear and timely updates on job status and delivery dates.
• Brand Champion: Consistently apply our branding strategy across all your work, ensuring a cohesive and professional look.
• Design Excellence: Leverage strong typographic and layout skills, coupled with excellent organizational abilities, to produce high‑quality designs.
• Team Contributor: Collaborate with the design team to continuously improve processes.
• Growth & Mentorship: Stay current with the latest graphic design trends and software, and share your knowledge with your colleagues.

Job Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: Ideally 2+ years of graphic design experience in a collaborative team setting.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; BFA preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office essential; strong PowerPoint skills highly beneficial.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, outstanding organizational, project, and time‑management abilities.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Platform Versatility: Experience working on both Mac and PC platforms.
• Storytelling Through Video (Bonus): Ability to tell a compelling story with video.
