Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Strong hands-on experience creating animations, motion graphics, and short-form video content.
• Demonstrated curiosity and hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools, with the ability to continuously experiment with new technologies and incorporate them into design workflows.
• Strong understanding of social media design trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design Excellence: Create high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, datasheets, battle cards, PowerPoint presentations, booth graphics and mockups, and digital assets such as emails, social media graphics, landing pages, animations, motion graphics, and short-form videos.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure alignment with brand guidelines, formats, and templates to maintain consistency with corporate brand standards.
• Collaborative Innovation: Collaborate closely with marketing and business teams to produce sales enablement materials.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay current with design, digital, and AI trends, bringing fresh ideas and actively experimenting with emerging AI-powered tools to improve creative quality, efficiency, and marketing performance.
