Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Type: Full-time / Remote

Work Hours: Monday to Friday | PST

Job Overview:

We’re helping our client, a leading trend-to-market fashion and lifestyle brand, find a Graphic Designer to lead the creation of visually compelling content across email campaigns, affiliate banners, paid ads and website assets. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping brand visuals across digital platforms while supporting marketing initiatives with performance-driven creative.

Responsibilities:

  • Design email newsletters, affiliate banners, paid social/media ads, and homepage/website creatives
  • Create graphic sketches, layouts and copy designs for various marketing assets
  • Determines size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, select styles and size of type, and arranges layout based upon available space, knowledge of layout principles, and aesthetic design concepts
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual content
  • Collaborate with digital marketing to use performance data and learnings to iterate creative designs for marketing and social campaigns
  • Handle special projects and support additional marketing/graphic needs as assigned

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer within the fashion industry
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of digital design best practices
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • English fluency

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with performance-based creative iteration
  • Exposure to social commerce or ecommerce environments
  • Additional language(s)
