Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer in professional services or similar.
  • Strong portfolio across digital and print design.

  • Experience designing for social media with format awareness.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines.
  • Motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus.
  • Interest in financial crime or regulatory topics desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Design high‑quality visual assets across social, digital, event materials, presentation decks, certification collateral, newsletters, and website content.
  • Maintain and evolve CAFC's visual identity with brand consistency across outputs and platforms.
  • Collaborate with content, editorial, events, membership, and certifications teams to elevate visuals.
  • Create templates and concepts adaptable across campaigns and content formats.
  • Support event branding, including conference materials and signage.
  • Design layouts for CAFC's certification programmes and learning content.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to deliver physical and digital outputs.
  • Stay current on design trends relevant to financial crime and compliance.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Contribute to motion graphics and short-form video content when needed.

About the Role

CAFC is looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of a growing global organisation at the forefront of the fight against financial crime. This is a role for someone who can translate complex ideas and professional subject matter into clean, compelling visuals that resonate with a senior audience. From social media assets and event collateral to certification materials and website graphics, you will be the creative force behind how CAFC looks and feels across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design high-quality visual assets across a wide range of formats, including social media graphics, digital advertising, event materials, presentation decks, certification collateral, newsletters, and website content
  • Maintain and evolve CAFC's visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all outputs and platforms
  • Collaborate closely with the content, editorial, events, membership, and certifications teams to develop visuals that complement and elevate written content
  • Create design concepts and templates that can be adapted efficiently across campaigns and content formats
  • Support the production of event branding, including conference materials, signage, digital displays, and promotional assets
  • Design layouts and visual elements for CAFC's certification programmes, training materials, and learning platform content
  • Work with external vendors, printers, and production partners to manage the delivery of physical and digital design outputs
  • Stay current on design trends, visual communication best practices, and developments in the financial crime and compliance space to ensure CAFC's visual output remains fresh and relevant
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing creative quality with tight deadlines
  • Contribute to the development of motion graphics, short-form video assets, and animated content where required
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, ideally within a professional services, financial services, media, or membership organisation environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as design tools such as Figma or Canva
  • Solid understanding of brand identity, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience designing for social media platforms, with a strong understanding of format and dimension requirements across channels
  • Ability to interpret briefs accurately and translate them into compelling visual concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of finish across all work
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously without compromising quality
  • Experience designing for events, conferences, or professional membership organisations is an advantage
  • Motion graphics or video editing skills using tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro are a plus
  • An interest in or familiarity with financial crime, compliance, or regulatory topics is desirable
