Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a seasoned Graphic Designer to lead design efforts across marketing materials, POP, signage and literature. You will work with brand teams to bring assets to life per guidelines and manage projects from concept to production.

The role requires a strong portfolio, 5+ years in design, expert Adobe skills, and experience across digital and print media. A hybrid work arrangement is available at our Carmel, Indiana headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in communication arts, graphic design or related field; equivalent combination considered.
• 5+ years of experience within a design team or agency.
• Advanced ability with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding and comfort level with Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• Added bonus: Lightroom or Firefly.
• Experience in UX design tools such as Figma.
• Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.
• Strong understanding of branding with experience across digital, print, slideware, social, motion.
• Excellent project management skills; extremely well organized; strong attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines with minimal oversight; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive in sharing work and open to feedback.
• Design portfolio is required.

Your Role at Delta Faucet:

The Graphic Designer will combine both design talent and outstanding problem-solving skills to lead the team to better creative solutions. This role will work with other graphic designers and managers to bring brand and channel assets to life following our guidelines. The primary focus will be designing marketing materials including sell sheets, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, signage, advertisements, literature, showroom and tradeshow graphics, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Apply design strategy and knowledge to all visual content to target our decision makers
• Maintain consistency with our brand and its visual message
• Translate stakeholder needs and project objectives into compelling visual graphics
• Provide a superior polish on all final images and graphics
• Continually improve processes, shorten lead times and increase efficiency
• Self-manage project priorities, timelines and resources, and ensure assets are delivered on time
• Easily navigate between creative work and production work
• Concept, create and enhance design templates
• Make edits to existing graphics

Overall graphic design duties:

• Asset creation for launch support
• Retail POP design
• Sell sheets, brochures and other literature
• Digital, web or campaign graphic creation
• Understand and utilize best practices to prep working files for print production
• Event support projects
• Process, edit and modify photography in Photoshop
• Upload and tag assets in our DAM (Digital Asset Management system)

This is a hybrid role in our Carmel, Indiana headquarters.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

• Bachelor degree in communication arts, graphic design or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of experience within a design team or agency
