UNICEF Myanmar seeks a graphic designer to support the SBC Unit in creating IEC materials across immunization, MNCH, nutrition, WASH, and more. The consultant will work under supervision to translate technical content into clear visuals for diverse audiences in Myanmar.
Responsibilities include audience-informed design, production-ready assets, and multiple revision rounds to achieve quality standards. Role is based in Yangon or home-based within Myanmar with travel reimbursements as needed.
UNICEF works in over 190 countries and territories to save children's lives, defend their rights, and help them fulfill their potential. In Myanmar, UNICEF's Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) unit develops communication materials supporting programs in immunization, maternal and newborn child health (MNCH), nutrition, water sanitation and hygiene (WASH), education, child protection, and emergency response. To meet growing demand from implementing partners for high-quality communication materials, UNICEF Myanmar is establishing a Long Term Agreement (LTA) with up to five national graphic design consultants.
This is a time-bound LTA valid for three years from November 2026 to October 2029. Consultants on the LTA will be contacted and contracted for specific assignments as and when needed during this period. The graphic designer works under the direct supervision of the SBC Officer and provides technical support to the SBC Unit. UNICEF will provide creative briefs, including target audience information and key messages, at the start of each assignment.
The role is based in Yangon or home-based within Myanmar. Should any in-country travel be required for specific assignments, UNICEF will reimburse actual approved and authorized travel costs. The consultant is responsible for providing and maintaining their own laptop or computer equipment, software, internet connectivity, and other resources needed to perform the work. Deliverables are submitted electronically through agreed communication channels.
