Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $33.40/hr

Job Title: Product Support Designer – Level 2

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Remote (EST or CST)

Pay Range: $30-$33.40/hr.

Seeking an experienced Product Support Designer with a strong background in long-form print design. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in developing cohesive, visually engaging layouts for multi-component campaigns such as brochures, booklets, reports, and product marketing materials. This role requires a designer who brings critical thinking, consistency, and creative problem-solving to every project.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce print marketing and product sampling materials, maintaining strict adherence to brand guidelines.
• Lead the layout and design of complex, long-form print assets—balancing text, imagery, and branding across multi-piece collateral.
• Develop brand-compliant infographics and illustrations when needed to enhance visual communication within the layout.
• Interpret content to make thoughtful design decisions that support the intended message and ensure visual consistency across campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, providing strategic design input and rationale behind creative decisions.
• Adapt quickly to internal workflows and tools such as Basecamp and SmartSheet.

Qualifications:

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with the ability to create and integrate infographics or illustrations
• Proven experience in a production-focused environment, especially in structured storytelling across long- and short-form print pieces
• Portfolio with 4–5 examples of complex, multi-piece print campaigns showcasing advanced layout and branding consistency
• Strong understanding of print production processes, file preparation, and output requirements
